Two Minutes to Midnight was a art piece commissioned by the Union Chamber of Culture. The painting depicts a midnight swearing in ceremony outside the halls of the National Assembly in London. Two Minutes to Midnight was created by Giorgio Grecu, winner of the 2624 Natasha Fox Prize for Art & Social Patriotism. When it first premiered at the Qing Huang Museum of Contemporary Art, Two Minutes to Midnight was immediately regarded as one of the greatest examples of Nationalist-Realism.[1]
