Great Skiron War

The Great Skiron War, also known as the Skiron Campaigns or the Skiron Defensive War, was a Galactic war that originated in the Galactic North. The war is often considered as a part of the Terran-Compact War.  The combatants were divided into two alliances: the Algan-Rixian-Faraxian Triple Alliance and the Terran-Skiron Defensive Pact. The war began when the Rixian Galactic Directorate and the Vol-Hive declared war on the United Clans of Skiron, forcing the Greater Terran Union (GTU) to honor their commitment and side with the Skirons. The Faraxian Union and Algan Republic would also later join the war.
