Summary
The Commonwealth of Kaprisi is an GTU puppet state established after the end of the Terran-Florian War.
Early History
The society within the Commomwealth is based on an extreme version of the Human capitalist society. The reason for this is because at the end of the Terran-Florian War, the GTU was focused on rebuilding the Core systems, within GTU space. This left the newly estalbished Commomwealth of Kaprisi without funding to rebuild the devestated systems and stations within their space. However the solution to this came when they opened up their public funding to private investors, this led to an influx of wealthy business owners that wanted to invest in the futture of the Commonwealth. At the time this seemed like a good thing, however this influx took a dark turn.
